We are open for business every day except Christmas day, Easter Sunday, and Thanksgiving.

Do you do outside alterations?
ANSWER:
Yes, we do, although we prioritize items sold in store. Outside items typically take 1 week to complete. See alterations page for more information.

When should I place an order for a wedding party or event?
ANSWER:
Our recommended time period is a minimum of one month prior to the event. Orders must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to an event and no earlier than six months in advance. It is not recommended to place orders two weeks before an event. If any order is placed after the two-week period, it will be subject to a minimum of a $50 rush fee. We are not liable for late shipping within a two-week period. Orders cancelled within 14 days of an event will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Are Suit/Tux Rentals Available?
ANSWER:
Yes, we do rentals. We recommend purchasing rather than renting because tailoring is not an option for rentals whereas it is standard when purchasing a suit.

Yes, we carry just about everything one would need to get an outfit together. We have over 1500 suits in stock, with a wide range of colors of shirts, shoes, and all other accessories.

Returns and exchanges are available within two weeks of purchase if the item(s) have not been altered, worn, damaged, on clearance or layaway, or special order. Valid receipt necessary upon return. There are no refunds or exchanges within two weeks of an event for tuxedo rentals. A late fee of $20 per day is added if rented item(s) are not returned after three business days.
